**Job overview**:

- The position will initially focus on supporting the multi-disciplinary team covering Theatres. As a practice trainer you will work closely together to provide training and support for existing members of staff, newly qualified staff and students.
- In Theatres the team take great pride in providing scenario based training and well-structured Audit training working with all members of the MDT to provide joint learning.**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will provide education and training to learners within the Trust. This will include the delivery of education and training programmes which incorporate mandatory training, clinical skills and enhanced skills across the Trust. They will support and work alongside practice based educators, matrons, service managers/leads and clinical teams in the development and delivery of high standards of patient focused, evidence-based care in the Trust.
