**SALARY**:£24,000 per annum
**HOURS**:Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30pm
**LOCATION**:Plymouth, UK only (Hybrid Office/Home Working Model)
**CONTRACT**:Freelancer basis for the first 4 weeks whilst we assess capabilities and KPI ability.

TMA Sports Management is an exciting fast paced tech start-up company with a vision to further deepen the connection between sports clubs and athletes, and their fans. Operating out of Plymouth, UK and already onboarding local, national, and international clients from a diverse range of sports.
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team and oversee our organisations social media presence. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience and drive website traffic. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring our social media accounts, creating engaging content and analyzing performance media.
**Responsibilities -**
- **Develop and implement social media strategies**: create and execute social media strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals and target performance.
- Identify key platforms and channels to reach our target audience effectively.
- **Content creation**: Generate high-quality, engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including; text, images, videos.
- **Social media account management**: manage and maintain our social media accounts, including
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, twitter, linked in (including the CEOs account), YouTube and any other relevant platforms. Regularly update profiles, respond to comments and messages and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- **Community engagement**: foster a strong community by actively engaging with our followers, responding to comments and enquiries promptly, and facilitating meaningful conversations.
- Monitor social media conversations related to our brand and industry and provide timely responses when necessary.
- **Analytics and reporting**: Track and Analyse social media metrics, such as engagement reach, click through rates and conversation rates. Use insights to optimize social media strategies and report on performance to the management team.
- **Stay up to date with social media trends**: keep up with latest platform updates and industry best practice. Continuously explore new opportunities and emerging platforms to expand our social media presence.
Social Media Executive
- **Collaborate with other teams**: Work closely with marketing and communications to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate content calendars, platforms and events across different channels.
**Requirements -**
- Proven work experience in a social media role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive actional insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and techniques
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a must have.
- Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Portfolio of previous social media campaigns or projects is highly desirable.
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
