**Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator**

**Location: West Sussex (Remote / Flexible Working)**

**Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Bonus & Benefits**

**The Company**:
We are working on a brand-new position with an award-winning national Financial Planning business in West Sussex who are looking to add a new member to the financial planning support team that will help with the provision of Financial Advice to existing clients of the firm.

**The Role**:

- Co-ordinate with financial planners and internal staff members to arrange team meetings, client meetings and appointments.
- Work closely with your Financial Planner to manage ongoing client relationships.
- Process new client pensions, investment, and risk business
- Effectively liaise with product providers
- Maintenance of ongoing client documentation from start to finish
- Arrange annual client reviews and send out client valuations reports
- Processing investments, fund switches and sales docs
- Handle client queries
- Ensuring the back-office system is kept up to date (I.O - Intelligent Office)
- Comply with FCA regulations, policies and procedures
- Experience of working within a financial services based business, preferably financial planning experience
- Strong IT skills - ability to work full Microsoft suite of products, Office, Excel etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and driven with a strong focus on the client / customer
- Professional financial services qualifications, either obtained or working towards would be advantageous (CII / CISI / LIBF)
- Experience with firms current CRM would be brilliant - I.O - Intelligent Office
