This role will be on a weekly rota and will include some weekend work.
Please note that the base salary for this role is £21,684, with additional outer London weighting allowance of £2,828 pa
What it's like to work here One of the last surviving country estates in London, Osterley Park and House is a vibrant attraction. The high turnaround of visitors means work is fast-paced, with the team always looking for creative ways to attract greater visitor numbers. Outdoor activitiesare a key focus, and the estate is part of the National Trust’s Cycle Trail project. Osterley Park enjoys a fantastic location just 20 minutes outside of London, so you can travel here by car or public transport.

Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring highstandards are delivered and maintained at all times. You’ll be assisting with the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs, cleaning and caretaking duties, presentation of public areas and visitor facilities including car parksand grounds, preparation of meeting rooms and the co-ordination of back of house services such as deliveries and collections. You will also be part of the duty management team, ensuring high standards of customer service and supporting the operational teams.
