**About Our Client**:
The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative assistance to the HR Manager and wider HR team
- Taking meeting minutes during formal sessions as needed.
- Participating in HR-centric projects as guided by the HR Manager.
- Keeping a centralised record of all standard HR policies and protocols.
- Serving as a contact for matters concerning staff well-being, aiming to cultivate positive relationships.
- Query resolution
- Maintaining and updating the employee database

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Administrator will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 (or working towards)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
