An opportunity has arisen for a motivated & enthusiastic team player to join our Community Mental Health West Enhanced Team as a Consultant Secretary/Admin Officer. This is a varied and rewarding admin position with a friendly and busy team.

This position will require you to be based at the James Barnes Centre, Kendray Hospital, where the West Enhanced Team is based.

Alongside providing administrative support to the Consultant Psychiatrist and Team, you must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service & reception skills and have the ability to deal with a variety of situations. You must have the skills to promptly and efficiently deal with enquiries from clients & relatives, staff attending the NHS building with promoting a positive image.

Please note the working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
