**A leading manufacturer of bespoke equipment and systems are currently looking to recruit a maintenance technician for their South Wales site. This company supply high quality products to blue chip clients and are a household name globally. This isan excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to progress in their career in a sustainable, with 100% of profits being reinvested.**

**You will be working from the South Wales Facility and within a highly skilled maintenance team and you will be responsible for the maintenance of the manufacturing environments.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical & Electrical repair of production machinery
- Planned Preventative Maintenance - Inspections and repairs, including specification of replacement components and inventory management
- Project work - New machine installations, process improvements and energy saving initiatives
- Undertake Dynamic Risk Assessments of maintenance activities
- Maintain safety standards within the department
- Carry out maintenance activities within the confines of safe working practices

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical maintenance
- Experience working in a production environment
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes
