**Part-Time Cleaner/Housekeeper**

**Job description**

Job Summary:
We are looking for a part-time cleaner for four 5 to 6 hour shifts per week starting at either 8am or 9am. A total of 20 to 24hrs per week

Requirements are:

- Cleaning of all toilet facilities on a regular basis.
- Cleaning and mopping all communal floor areas in the building.
- Running of the laundry room with domestic washing machines and tumble driers.
- Following a set cleaning schedule to maintain all areas are kept to a very high standard of cleanliness.
- To ensure all cleaning products are correctly stored for safety purposes.
- Cleaning a house for our guest accommodation.
- Cleaning lodges at Finlake Holiday Park for our student accommodation.
- Train will be provided.
- To comply with the Health & Safety Policy

Previous cleaning experience is desirable.

Locations: Ashburton Cookery School Ltd, Ashburton, Devon

76 East Street Ashburton and Finlake Holiday Park.

Hours: Monday to Sunday 8am - 2pm or 8am - 1pm or 10am - 2pm

Days of Work: This is a 7 day a week business and you may be asked to work any day of the week. This is a shift working position, including weekends and bank holidays and the hours may vary day to day due to the nature of the work

**Salary**: National Minimum Wage:28 days per annum pro-rata (incl. public holidays).

Skills Required: Training will be provided

Experience: Previous experience of a housekeeping environment is ideal but not essential.
