**What will you be doing?**

Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day logistics coordination of all projects allocated to you.

This role fits within Magdalene’s Logistics Department and will work collaboratively with our Field Engineering and Projects teams to capitalise on Magdalene’s end to end service capability and increase value to our customers.

**What will your key responsibilities be?**
- Ensuring that all movements of stock are adjusted on Oracle and other logistics information systems in a timely manner.
- Reporting project stock levels to the Project Manager and Customer in the agreed timeframe.
- Ensuring all stock in your project remit is correctly and clearly labelled with contents and project codes.
- Liaising closely with our Project Managers to understand and action all logístical requirements.
- Maintaining the highest levels of tidiness throughout the warehouse.
- Supporting the weekly/monthly/annual stocktaking programme as required.

**What competencies are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a stock control or warehousing role would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The willingness and eagerness to be cross trained across all warehouse functions and projects.
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, with particular focus on Excel and Outlook.
- A forklift licence would be beneficial for this role
