Here at The Recruitment Junction we are working with a well established, local food distribution specialist looking to hire a Food Production Operative to join their talented team.

Based in Cramlington

**Hours**
45 hours per week Sunday - Monday (5 from 6) - 8am - 5pm

**Job description**:

- Produce prep-prepared food products by hand and machine to spec
- Weight, label and stack products
- Maintain workplace and machinery to the highest standards of cleanliness
- You are the last pair of eyes to quality control the products ensuring only the best is sent out, you ensure our customers get everything they ordered
- Have a great sense of humour
- Physically fit to be able to lift enough to 25kg
- Able to work in a chilled, laid back environment
- Have a love for food

The Recruitment Junction was launched in 2020 as the first and only non-profit recruitment agency in the north east of England, exclusively placing men and women with prior convictions into meaningful paid work.

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.
