The purpose of the role is: To ensure that enrolment data is accurate and in accordance with ILR (student data returns) and funding guidance.
**KEY ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES***:
- To assist in ensuring that accurate initial and ongoing data inputting, data integrity and tracking of information entered for Apprenticeship focussed (and other funding streams as required) internal and external systems is carried out.
- To assist in monitoring and analysing meaningful data from college data systems and provide accurate and timely reports where required.
- To assist in supporting the Apprentice Operations delivery team by for example, monitoring incoming communication, responding to internal and external queries received from applicants and internal/external stakeholders, and provide team support for operational and administrative procedures related to the delivery of Apprenticeships.
- To ensure ILR errors are cleared regularly and a clean ILR is produced weekly.
- To ensure all PDSAT (piece of specialist software that checks data integrity/accuracy) reports have been cleared each month and records of changes and the data story are kept up to date.
- To check critical data as part of the cross checking to ensure the college is maximising is funding.
- To perform audit checks against enrolment and register paperwork regularly covering all funding streams, including HE student data.
- To assist with audit inspection and to ensure MIS data input, storage and retrieval procedures are in accordance with the regulations and requirements.
- To ensure all records are stored in alphabetical order and that all documentation is in place for every learner.
- To take part in a short-life project with colleagues to ensure EHCP students have access to careers information on the opportunities that supported apprenticeships can offer. The project will advise on the promotion of specialised and individualised quality careers advice on post-16 and post-18 options to Worcestershire residents. The project will focus on post-16 Worcestershire residents who face barriers to entry, particularly apprenticeships where the primary aim is employment, and will seek to primarily address barriers to entry into this route.
**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To commit to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults
- To participate in the College’s Performance Management Scheme and attend such training events as are necessary to enable him/her to carry out the duties of the job description.
- To continually improve teaching, learning and assessment through proactive CPD and sharing best practice.
- To actively participate in the College’s Quality System, including quality improvement strategies and initiatives.
- To undertake such other duties as may be assigned commensurate with the grade and purpose of the post.
- To take reasonable care for the health and safety of him/her and for others affected by his/her work.
- To actively support College Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity policies.
- To operate/conduct all HR tasks and functions within the principles of GDPR.

**CONDITIONS OF SERVICE**
All successful applicants will undergo the following checks:

**SALARY**
The salary range for this post is from £20,182 to £20,925 per annum. Your starting salary will be dependent upon your qualifications and experience. Once you have successfully passed your probationary period, your salary will increase within the salary band on an annual incremental basis, until you reach the top of the salary scale.
**HOURS OF WORK**
The hours of work will be based on:
37 hours x 52 weeks
**ANNUAL LEAVE**
The post carries 25 annual leave days, plus eight public bank holidays plus a further five concessionary days as ‘leave to be taken at the Principal’s discretion’.
After 2 years continuous service, your annual leave entitlement will increase to 30 days per annum.
Please note that only in exceptional circumstances, with your Directors permission, will staff be able to take more than 3 consecutive weeks of leave in any leave year.
**PENSION SCHEME**
The College operates an occupational pension scheme, namely the ‘Local Government Pension Scheme’.
**PROBATIONARY PERIOD**
All newly appointed staff have to serve a 6 month probationary period. During the probationary period you will have to complete the Corporate staff induction, a Teaching and Learning Induction session if you deliver learning and additional mandatory courses on: Equality & Diversity session, Keeping Children safe in Education, Safeguarding Training sessi
