Our client based near Ruislip is looking for a very experienced technical contracts administrator to join the operations and finance support department. To provide high quality, professional administrative support to the business. To work alongside the support teams to maintain administrative systems ensuring compliance.

Our client manages many of the UK’s busiest buildings, airports, venues, industrial operations, and commercial real estate assets. There are several sites across the UK

This will be a fast paced role with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Lot's of reports to create with regards to overtime and sickness of staff members. Deployment of engineers. Working to manage health and safety aspects and the H and S team as well as daily handover of information to evening and night staff.

This role is office based, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Working on reports to create and send invoices.

Looking at excel data, tables, graphs and pdfs and collating data to write reports.

Booking in team members and managing switchboard phone calls as well as being a help desk.

Creating purchase orders and managing this with stakeholders.

CV's matching the above will be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
