A leading financial advisory practice in Colchester is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Paraplanner. We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a financial planning support capacity anda desire to grow and develop within the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting financial advisors in preparing for client meetings
- Conducting research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating client information
- Assisting with the preparation of financial plans and reports
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and other stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a financial planning support capacity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A desire to learn and progress within the financial planning industry
