Liaising closely with our commercial and wider manufacturing departments, you’ll also be required to develop an in-depth product knowledge and an appreciation for the technical construction possibilities and communicate the best practices to our sales teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that jobs and components are produced on time, using the most cost-effective methods to achieve the required quality standard.
- To play a leading part in achieving the goal of having a multi-skilled workforce that meets current and future demands and therefore improve work flow throughout the factory.
- To initiate, control and maintain the necessary documentation required to carry out your role and play a part in assisting in this throughout the process.
- To program orders in a timely manner
- To interpret customer orders bespoke drawings accurately ensuring the business meets its RFT objectives.
- To feedback anomalies, errors and or unclear instructions to the Customer Care team enabling CI activities
- To follow planning systems to ensure jobs are processed and manufactured according to demand.
- To review any programming errors to understand reasons for failure and implement corrective actions
- To liaise where appropriate and communicate to staff effectively
- To build a reliable library of cabinets proven through production.

- Experience in the kitchen/furniture industry
- Experience of maintaining a library of standard products
- Experience of using Homag woodwop
- Experience in operating Homag plant
