Due to expansion Woodford Dental Care are seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to compliment the rest of our team in our family run practice.

Woodford Dental Care is a busy 7 surgery mixed NHS and Private practice located on the central line in Woodford Green, Essex.

We are also a training practice for newly qualified Dentists and our friendly team will provide a supportive environment for our new staff member.

We have regular team meetings and arrange training for all staff in CPR and Safeguarding.

Your daily duties would include greeting patients, answering telephone calls, taking payments, booking appointments, filing and general admin duties.

**Hours**

Monday 13:45-20:10 (6h10) 15min break

Tuesday 10:45-20:10 (8h40) 45min break

Wednesday 16:45-20.10 (3h25) No break

Thursday 06:50-13:45 (6h35) 20min break

Friday 06:50-13:45 (6h35) 20min break

Total: 31h25

*We may occasionally require you to start work slightly earlier, or to finish slightly later, for which you would be paid overtime.

Minimum requirements:
Academic: As a minimum we require you to have a Grade C or above in English, Maths and Science O-Level or GCSE.

Desirable requirements:
Experience of working as a dental receptionist

Experience of using pilot versions of Exact and ExaminePro software

Attended previous safeguarding children/vulnerable adults courses

**Salary**: Depending on experience starting from £11 per hour

Holiday: 4 weeks per year and bank holidays.
