Description
To work in our Head office in WIlmslow, to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the office Admin.
Our team works together to ensure that we work in the most effective way, there is also a huge depth and breadth of legal and commercial knowledge available to support you within your role.
Ensure all office admin is maintained and filed correctly
Assisting the control room with tasks and duties they require.
Speaking with clients and senior managers on a daily basis.
- Be a key point of contact, for business matters, Customer Services, Call handling.
- Experience handling and understanding data, both financial and contractual.
- Every day is different you will be involved with a wide variety of different activities and tasks.
We will provide on the job training to develop your skills in.
- Understanding how a contract is agreed, supported, and closed.
- Building and supporting relationships.
- How to stand for others at a variety of meetings
- Analysing and solving issues.
- How to influence business decisions.
- Utilising software packages such as ‘Excel', ‘Word’ and ‘Outlook’.
- Time management.
Must Have
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Be able to use microsoft office including excel, word and powerpoint.
Be a confident and out going person and not be afraid to raise issues or concerns.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
