Commercial Coordinator

We are looking for a new addition to our Commercial team to collate and maintain Sky Studios content information for distribution purposes along with broader administration support as required by the Commercial team. This role brings great opportunities to access top talent as well as exposure to the business of tv production and distribution across the UK, US and Europe.
What you'll do:
- Key entry point for the commercial team for programme onboarding process
- Supporting commercial manager on required channel kick-off meetings for all programmes
- Working with Sky Studios’ Marketing team, Operations and NBCU TVD’s Teams
- Act as the point of contact for Sky Studios producers and other 3rd parties in the invoicing process
What you'll bring:
- 2 years’ experience at an administrative or team assistant role
- Great organisational skills, diligence and attention to detail
- Experience with content management systems, office documents and collating business reports
- Great communicator and team worker
- Calm under pressure and can multi-task in a busy commercial environment
- Interest in Factual content
