**Job Profile**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated New Patient Enquiry Coordinator to work in our dynamic and friendly New Patient Enquiry team.

You will play a crucial role in liaising with patients, consultant psychiatrists, therapists, and other referrers to ensure patients coming to Psymplicity receive the outstanding care Psymplicity strive to deliver.

As a New Patient Enquiries Coordinator your role will be to effectively manage all administration duties of booking in a new patient to start their journey with Psymplicity. This includes:

- Coordinating the patient pathway ensuring the required appointments are booked efficiently and with great customer service.
- Answering and managing all enquiries to ensure patient and referrers receive exceptional level of customer service.

If you are an excellent administrator with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- At least 12 months experience in call centre, either in customer experience, mental health, or sales.
- The ability to adapt and learn.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Sales Experience
- Communication and listening skills.
- Computer literacy skills

New Patient Enquiry Coordinator Job Description and Person Specifications

This role is based in our London Office in Hendon.

Our team is currently split across the UK. We have an exceptional team based up in Scotland just outside Glasgow, with some highly motivated remote workers and we are now recruiting for our team who will be based in our London office.
