A Manufacturing company based in Worcester are looking for a Wax Cell Operator to join their team on a temp - perm or permanent basis working 07:45 - 16:30, Monday - Thursday and 07:30 - 13:30 on Friday. The company themselves have over 40 years' experiencein casting supplying to a range of high-profile customers.
As a Wax Cell Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Assembling products by hand and with the use of hand tools.
- Operating Machinery.
- Operate hydraulic & pneumatic wax injection machines, while producing wax molds within requirements
- Inspect wax molds for defects and repair as needed
- Moving through different parts of the Production area determined by the needs of the business.
As a Wax Cell Operator, you will be required to:

- Have worked as a Production Operative/ Wax Cell Operator before would be essential.
- Precious experience in an Assembly or Manufacturing environment would be essential.
- Previous experience using tools would be beneficial but not essential.
- A committed and enthusiastic approach to work will be essential.
- Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
