A Private Client Legal Assistant is required for a leading law firm in Manchester. The role is based in the Whitefield and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package (career development, Regular Reviews, Pension Scheme and much, much more).

**Main Duties;**
- Maintains the Fee Earner’s diary, skilfully coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Produces, manages, and effectively handles routine client correspondence, queries, and precise audio typing.
- Opens, closes, and meticulously maintains files in accordance with the firm’s quality standards and Lexcel compliance
- Provides attentive client service, attending to clients both in person and over the telephone, adhering to the firm's exceptional standard of client care.
- Creates and upholds accurate client records on the firm’s database, ensuring that all correspondence and file notes are meticulously recorded and aligned with the firms and Lexcel’s requirements.
- Demonstrates the ability to liaise and provide support to colleagues and offices across the firm.
- Safeguards the confidentiality of both client and firm information and documentation at all times.
- Maintains physical client files, including copying, organized storage, and efficient retrieval of essential information.
- Requests client payments and accurately records receipts of client monies.
- Undertakes other necessary duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
