**Five Star Holiday Village seeks enthusiastic Maintenance Operative to join a busy team.**

We have a fantastic opportunity within the village for a Maintenance Operative based in the Grounds Maintenance department.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide a tidying and maintenance service to the Village grounds, ensuring our guests’ experience is of a 5* standard. The duties are varied and will include tasks such as picking, collection, disposal and recycling of litter, routine health and safety inspection of play areas, the delivery of gas bottles to holiday home owners together with the provision of general maintenance to all areas of the Village.

**The main duties of the role**:

- Maintenance of areas including Outdoor Play Areas, trails, roads, pathways, Adventure Golf, The Island, Flags, signage around the Village, tidy and maintain outdoor furniture in the eateries, tidy leaves in woodland areas.
- Maintenance and cleaning of the Spa Hotel Zen Garden and furniture
- Identify opportunities to improve overall standard of grounds and estate and report any concerns immediately
- Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines when completing tasks
- Empty bins, waste disposal and maintain recycling compliance on the Village
- Delivery and Installation of Gas bottles to holiday homes
- Provide support to projects and contractors, when required, ensuring Ribby Hall Village standards are maintained
- Grit areas during winter months to ensure the safety of Ribby Hall guests and colleagues
- Seasonal maintenance including Hedgecutting, weeding, gutter cleaning and Winter Wonderland installation

**Salary**:
£11.50 per hour.

**Availability**:
The position offers **45 hours per week over 5 days,** Thursday to Monday. Full flexibility is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
