**What is the role?**

To support Xpedite’s expanding business sector, we are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our Team. As part of this role you will have the exciting opportunity to work on contracts that we hold with the MOD (Ministry of Defence), this includes Surface Ships, RFA Platforms and Submarines. Xpedite offers extensive on the job training and encourage our people to partake in the range of development opportunities available.

As a Technical Support Administrator your responsibilities will include;
- Data population and amendments to bespoke maintenance databases
- Interpreting and manipulating technical data
- Providing Quality Assurance
- Analysing spreadsheets
- Formulating reports, proof reading and conducting quality checks
- Supporting a variety of technical and commercial meetings
- Collating monthly reports.

- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills;
- Ability to prioritise workload for self and others;
- Excellent eye for detail;
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Accurate and Methodical;
- Able to work both individually or as part of a study team;
- Capable of using own initiative;
It should be noted that to be considered for this role, you must be a UK national and eligible to hold UK Security Clearance at SC level.
