This role is crucial in providing support to our employees by focusing on interview preparation and upskilling initiatives. **Position**: HR Development Specialist - Interview Preparation and Upskilling

**Location**: Remote, and Visit On Client Site If required.

**Responsibilities**:
**Interview Preparation**:

- Provide personalized coaching to employees to enhance their interview skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Develop resources and materials to guide employees in showcasing their strengths during interviews.

**Upskilling Initiatives**:

- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with managers to design targeted upskilling programs.
- Curate or create training materials for upskilling programs, including workshops and online resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of upskilling initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

**Career Development**:

- Offer guidance on career paths within the organization and assist employees in setting development goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to create pathways for career progression.
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for employees seeking career advice.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and events related to interview preparation and upskilling.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative work culture.

**Collaboration with HR Team**:

- Work closely with the HR team to align development initiatives with overall HR strategies.
- Collaborate on talent management and succession planning efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a specific emphasis on interview preparation and upskilling.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent coaching and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement successful upskilling programs.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in talent development and HR technology.
