**ASH Job Description**

**Working Electrical Installation Supervisor - Projects**:

- Working full time based at our Manchester Office 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Working on **‘Commercial Projects’** such as such as Offices, Schools, Colleges and Renewable Systems.
- Pension Scheme
- Holiday plus statutory days: As per JTL guidelines
- Business Expenses/Parking
- Overtime is paid at Time & a Half & Double-Time dependant on times
- HHCall-out rota working is essential, and this is approx. 1 in 8 weeks.
- Call-out runs from Friday - Friday
- £100.00 paid for being on callout standby.
- First callout is paid at a minimum of 4 hours rate is dependent on time and day.
- Night working is paid at Time and a Third.

**Key Requirements**:

- Gold Card
- City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations preferred
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experienced in working within a site environment on commercial building sites as the main contractor or for the main contractor as a sub-contractor.
- The ability to multi-skill and possessing a flexible approach with a **’Can-Do’** attitude
- Driving License (Maximum of 6 Penalty Points for Company Vehicle Insurance)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for the Team on site carrying out 1st & 2nd fix of electrical systems to include (not limited to)
- Power,
- Fire Alarms,
- Lighting/Emergency Lighting and distribution
- Working with containment, basket, trunking & tray.
- PV systems
- The Electrical Supervisor will carry out testing of electrical installations and may be required to perform fault-finding and remedial works to the systems mentioned.
- Client environments will include (not limited to) retail, commercial and new build project settings located predominantly in and around the North West Region.
- **Please Note**:Some additional travel to wider areas may be required as business needs dictate. There may also be the need to work away from & stay away from home as business needs require.
- The position will include both being located on one site(s) for a set time frame to complete a particular job(s) as well as working in a mobile capacity visiting various client environments
