**£25,680 per annum**

We’re looking for an Extreme Park Supervisor to help run the Play Park facility within Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre. This leisure complex offers a Trampoline Park, Soft Play and Climbing Wall so we’re looking for a Supervisor with a passion for these sports to work in this truly exciting environment.

Working closely with the Extreme Manager and General Manager, you’ll ensure that the Park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes, Party bookings and supervision of staff on reception, stock control, sales and promotions - helping us to achieve financial and sales targets. You’ll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You’ll be working with, and supervising, a team of like-minded people and will be encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports. A natural leader, you’ll motivate, encourage and develop your team to perform to the highest standards.

You’ll be driven and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. Your previous sport/leisure experience will have given you excellent customer service skills as well as understanding of standard operating procedures, emergency action plans and a First Aid at Work qualification. As well as demonstrating showing a commitment to learn and develop yourself and your team.
