**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering knowledgeable insights and recommendations on food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Ensure all special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions are communicated accurately to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or issues, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Upsell additional items, such as desserts, appetizers, and specialty drinks, to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments, handle cash, and use the POS system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
- Assist with setting up, closing down, as well as restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front of House Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail recommendations a bonus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods, ensuring all guests receive attentive service.
- Attention to detail in order accuracy, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
- Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards for a polished appearance.
