With nearly 100 dedicated IT professionals with a range of specialisms, Oasis IT Services operate a sector leading IT provision across over 50 locations, utilising Microsoft and Cisco Technology.
We are currently looking for an IT Cluster Technician to join our IT Team in Bradford, on a permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week. As part of this role, you will regularly travel to and work from multiple sites.

**The Role**
As an IT Cluster Technician, you will ensure the smooth running of ICT systems across several sites to facilitate Teaching, Learning, Administration and Leadership.
With a focus on delivering excellent service to students and staff, you will provide technical support and training to improve both their understanding and experience of using ICT.
Supporting the delivery of IT operational goals, you will oversee effective network and hardware configuration, as well as general hardware and software maintenance.
Additionally, you will:

- Follow academy backup, virus protection and security procedures
- Investigate and respond to support requests within SLAs
- Support safeguarding, including safeguarding software
**About You**
To be considered as an IT Cluster Technician, you will need:

- Experience of using a service software package and working to a SLAs
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and basic Windows Server 2008 and/or 12 administration
- An enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Strong Audio-Visual skills
- Strongly task-driven and multi-tasking focused
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Sound problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Ideally, you will have experience of IT service within an educational environment. Experience of working with Audio Visual equipment, would be equally beneficially.
It would be advantageous to either hold an MCDST qualification or be working towards achieving it.
