Zebra’s Legal Department supports a publicly traded technology company having approximately 9,000 employees. The Legal Department supports Zebra’s global commercial and government sales activities and other contracting activities, merger & acquisition and venture activities, the development and protection of intellectual property rights, environment, health & safety initiatives, compliance and ethics programs, global trade compliance and other functions throughout Zebra. Additionally, the Legal Department advises a variety of business units and internal business partners on employment related matters, litigation, claims, and other matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on assigned projects with members of the Legal Department in different functions, such as: commercial contracts, SaaS, data privacy, compliance, trade compliance, employment, company secretarial, marketing, government affairs and environmental health and safety
- Preparing legal research, written materials and giving presentations to guide lawyers that support specific business units or legal groups
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills in areas including robotics, software, mobile computing, RFID and self scanning technologies
- Develop team-based work proficiencies
- Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate law program (at a minimum you will have completed the second year of an undergraduate law program on commencement of internship)
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
