Multiskilled Operator Multiline

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Paste team as a Multi Skilled Operator. The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 16:00.

**What's the role about?**

Reporting to the Team Leaders, you will be primarily based within the packing end of production, responsible for running various pieces of packing machinery and processing the finished goods, ready for dispatch.

All tasks will be completed in a manner to achieve the safe, hygienic, efficient and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required.

- Demonstrate flexibility in line with Business Requirements
- Be a strong team member with the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as being able to work independently
- Organised, conscientious and be confident in their ability to operate machinery
- Awareness of basic food hygiene (trained in-house)
- Awareness and understanding of all CCP’s for the line
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety
- High level of numeracy and literacy as well as working accurately in completing paperwork and in calculations.
- Good Communication skills - working collaboratively with operatives and the Technicians and Team Leader

Pay: £25,046.40 per year
