Service Delivery Coordinator, Stratford upon Avon

Part-time, permanent

Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (Pro rata)

As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the client delivery process works seamlessly for each client. You will take ownership of the delivery of each project, liaising between the iSTORM Sales and Delivery Teams and our clients to schedule in each unique project.

- What you'll be focused on_
- Responsibility for diary management of more than 10 consultants
- Scheduling delivery dates for projects, ensuring calendars are up to date
- Contract administration
- Communication with internal and external client teams
- Responding to client queries - supporting the directors with the management of key accounts
- Consultancy resourcing / scheduling
- Capacity monitoring
- Production of weekly/Monthly client specific statistics for larger clients
- Facilitating client communications
- Accurately record all customer communications within the internal systems.
- Be a brand ambassador

- Strong communication skills.
- Experience of service delivery scheduling and coordinating preferred.
- Keen sense of ownership, taking responsibility for their own workload, performance and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
- Strong team player - cooperative and willing to assist others by sharing knowledge and expertise
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Confident user of IT systems, including proficiency in MS word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Extremely well organised, driven and flexible with the ability to multi-task and manage competing demands to deliver tasks on time.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and can communicate effectively across all levels.
- Ability to listen attentively and probe accordingly in order to accurately capture important information.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to show empathy and superb interpersonal skills
- Skilful in dealing with challenging customer queries in a compassionate and sympathetic manner.
