**Role: CSI Controller
Salary**: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum
**Location**: Kings Hill

Commercial Services Group is recruiting for an experienced CSI Controller on behalf of its' sister company, Cantium Business Solutions.

**The Role
**As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will analyse, maintain and improve our organisations performance. We are looking for a highly competent process manager who would utilise their skills in project design, leadership and overall management toensure our performance, and process development. They will also act as a process analyst, business strategist and project supervisor.

**Key Duties**
- Analysing company processes and procedures.
- Developing process enhancement strategies.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
- Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
- Monitoring staff performance and organisational processes.
- Managing staff cohorts and teams of various sizes.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization

**What we need from you**
- ITIL Foundation
- High level of working in an IT Service Delivery function
- Substantial experience of completing assessment and analysis of major incidents and resolutions
- High level of understanding of computers and supporting infrastructure to identify common issues
- Detailed understanding of the ITIL Framework and meeting Service Level targets
