Hgv Coordinator

**The Company**:
Family run company established in 1964, involved in the purchasing and sales of commercial vehicles, plant sales and spare parts to the UK and overseas markets.
- Booking Trucks / Stock onto the Finance system.
- Planning, managing and implementing marketing campaigns. To utilise the technology effectively for the delivery of professional sales and marketing.
- Allocating stock numbers.
- Sales invoices preparation.
- Log Book management, receiving them in, sending them out, sorning vehicles when needed.
- Booking shipping.
- Keeping track of export certificates.
- After Sales support.
- Maintaining customer database.

**Skills Needed**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous marketing experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workflows and adhere to deadlines.
- Knowledge or experience of HGV’s would be an advantage.
- Experience with moving lorries around a yard would be an advantage but if not, training can be given.
- Previous experience in a parts or service department would be desirable.
