Flower Presser and Processor

**Overview**:
Nurtured in Norfolk is a family run business based on the outskirts of Dereham, growing and supplying a range of high quality Micro Cress, Herbs, Baby/Micro Vegetables, Pea Shoots, Edible Leaves and Flowers to a range of Wholesalers and Michelin Star Restaurants across the UK.

**Daily Duties**:

- Picking flowers and leaves
- Pressing flowers
- Removing flowers from pressing sheets for stock
- Preparing flowers for drying and dehydrating produce
- Using machines to process fresh produce
- Picking and packing of customer orders
- General cleaning to ensure high hygiene levels at all times

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a food handling role would be beneficial
- Knowledge of edible flowers and plants is desirable but training will be given

**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday 06.30am to 15.00pm
