**Basic Salary: £30,000 - Commission potential up to £150,000**

As our Sales Champion, you'll dazzle potential clients with your charm and have them saying "yes" before they even realise it
Your mission? To build bridges (both literal and metaphorical) with clients, all while embracing the majestic power of hybrid work.
If you can sell sand to a desert dweller and laugh in the face of rejection, we want you on our team
**Responsibilities**:
Manage, develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
Managing and influencing a range of day to day and strategic issues
Enrolling clients onto our training programmes
Engaging with customers in an enthusiast and confident manner
Teamwork and communication are key
Be the primary interface between Trade Mastermind and our clients
Ability to develop strong and trusted relationship
**Here’s what we require**:
- Proven track record in sales (b2b)
- Consistent over achiever of targets
- Articulate, confident and assertive
- Working, time-management and business prioritisation skills
- Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively
- Strong commercial, financial and business awareness
- Able to target new business opportunities, business development and sell the business with confidence
- Great negotiator with a passion for sales
- A people person with the natural ability to build rapport
- Vibrant
