**About the role**:

- The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have confidence supporting children academically and managing challenging behaviours associated with autism and other special needs.
- Dedicated and consistent, as building and maintaining positive relationships is vital.
- Creating a safe environment that allows children and other students to have fun, learn and succeed.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of 1-to-1 Teaching Assistant you will:

- Having an enthusiasm for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
- Being committed to personal learning and development.
- A patient, empathetic individual who can work on your own initiative.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
