We are looking for a dynamic marketer who is enthusiastic about learning and development. You must be familiar with marketing principles and be able to manage activities across multiple channels, with a particular emphasis on digital activity. It would bebeneficial, though not essential, if you have experience marketing digital products, including apps.

As part of a pioneering team, you will need to demonstrate the curiosity to truly understand why you’re undertaking your tasks, the courage to challenge where you disagree, and the discipline to execute your schedule of work.

You must be reliable, collaborative, expressive and creative.

We are looking for a person of Character

**Key Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Assistant to include, but are not limited to:

- Management of digital advertising activity across Google, LinkedIn, app store and other social platforms
- Management of the social media calendar, production / briefing of content, scheduling, posting and reporting
- Website updates across out B2B and B2C sites, including creation of new landing pages as and when required
- Use of our CRM to manage customer and prospect data across the various integrated platforms
- Working with creative teams and external agencies, writing briefs and managing campaigns from beginning to end
- Website updates and SEO management
- Development of sales support materials - electronic and printed
- Planning and running our own events
- Managing attendance at external events and exhibitions
- Analysis and reporting of marketing results, drawing insight and recommending changes to the business.

The key skills and qualities of Digital Marketing Assistant are:

- Ideally CIM qualified or equivalent and able to demonstrate strong capability across various marketing activity areas.
- A strong organiser, able to manage varied and busy workloads.
- An excellent copywriter, demonstrating a strong grasp of the English language.
- Experience using ESPs, website CMSs and Social Media Management platforms.
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new programmes.
- Strong communication skills.
