Supervisor/cleaner

We are recruiting for a supervisor 25 hours or 2 on a job share 12-15 hours

Covering Conwy and Denbighshire areas.

Job Title: Cleaner/Supervisor

Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

Emptying trash bins and replacing liners

Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails

Restocking supplies in restrooms and break rooms

Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the manager

Following all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks

Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols and guidelines

Effective communication skills to report any issues or concerns to the manager
