We require a Part Time Housekeeper (22.5 hours) to help us maintain a safe, tidy and efficient environment on our Sleep and non-invasive ventilation unit. The service is open Monday
As a Housekeeper you will work in a supportive role, assisting the clinical nursing team to ensure the department runs smoothly. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and have strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills are important as you will be liaising with teams throughout the hospital whilst working closely with the other members of the team, both clinical and admirative.
You will be responsible for the ordering and organisation of stores, as well as an array of non-clinical tasks with additional duties as directed by the service leads. You will work closely with the clinical team in a supportive role.
Experience in Housekeeping is desirable but not essential. You must have IT and time management skills and be able to be innovative with a zest for new challenges as the department grows and develops new services.
