Winit (UK) Limited is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor in a Challenging role to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence at its new UK branch at Tamworth. The role will involve overseeing and managing the outbound aspects of thewarehouse environment. If you are eager for a new challenge and are ready to be part of an exciting company, this is the role for you. Training will be provided.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- For the Health and Safety of the staff working in your department
- For the Fire Strategy and Evacuation Plan (as outlined by your direct Fire Officer)
- For all assets and machinery in your department
- With the Training for the staff working in your department
- With Organizing daily operations (staff numbers, segregation etc)
- With daily attendance of staff working in your department
- For the Performance Achievements/Nonachievements by the staff in your department (KPI, work involvement etc)
- Forecast the hours needed to complete the volumes (known) in the upcoming week (for your department)
- Complete knowledge of WMS (related to your department).
- Warehouse procedures (SOPs) from all departments must be mastered
- Ability to react to unexpected circumstances. To show creativity and initiative
- Evacuation procedure in case of Fire (for your department)

**What you will need**:

- Warehouse Management: at least 2-3 years of experience
- Complete WMS knowledge (current, updates, feedback on segments that need improvement etc.)
- To know and be aware of Cut off times (SLAs)
- Full knowledge and constant upgrade of warehouse operations
- Achieve the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly targets in your department set up by Senior Management
- To be able to forecast the workforce needed to successfully achieve daily/weekly SLAs
- Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office

**Besides the core responsibilities, you are also responsible for their work attitude which includes but is not limited to task reception from their Team Leader, communication with co-workers, responsiveness and compliance with Security Staff on site.**

Hours: 40 per week

**Job Type**: fixed term contract with possibility of becoming permanent
