**Social Media Lead**
**£600pd (Umbrella only)**
**3 month contract**
**Hybrid (Full time, 2 days in the office)**
My client is a leading retail client who is looking for a Social Media Lead to support them with delivering social strategy and content that supports the overall media strategy
You will be managing a team of 10 and be second in command to the Head of Social. You will be in charge of managing the social media both in house and with external agencies
**The Role**:

- Develop social content ideas and manage external agencies
- Support the step by step project process, ensuring that all deadlines and milestones are met by all parties.
- Develop and deliver organic content strategies that support overall social media strategy for the business.
- Manage multiple internal stakeholders, obtaining approval or edit / amends of content and feeding back to relevant parties.
- Support the development of content briefs that include actionable KPI's.
- Deliver effective presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for supporting budgeting and forecasting.

**You**:

- 10+ years demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports, this is non negotiable as you will be managing a team of 10
- You will be leading social content, organic social channels. Community management and influencer talent, so experience in this is essential
- You will need to have retail experience and experience working for either a large agency or a large global corporation
