**What you will be doing**:

- Installing Mast Climbing Work Platforms, ensuring that all tasks are carried out diligently and to a high standard, in line with health and safety requirements and agreed timescales.
- Ensuring that all structures are erected to the correct technical standards, in accordance with the IPAF Installer guidelines.
- Progressing through all required training to obtain Installer status.
- Following the safe systems of work as instructed and as set out in the risk assessments and method statements.
- Ensuring that a competent and professional service is provided to our customers.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly authorised and submitted in accordance with the proper procedures.
- Safeguard all Company equipment and materials.

**What to bring with you**:

- Demonstrable experience as an Installer, Hoist Installer would be desirable.
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in the scaffolding/construction industry.
- Self-discipline and a commitment to quality and procedures.
- Ability to work well as a team and under supervision.
- Understanding of the importance of health and safety and ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
