**Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;**

**THE TEAM TO DELIVER HIGHWAYS MAINTENANCE REPAIRS ACROSS THE GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY**

**Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;**

**TO WORK IN A TEAM TO DELIVER WORKS SET OUT BY THE SUPERVISORS AND MEET THE KPI ON DEFECTS.**

**BE AVAILABLE FOR CALL OUTS ON A ROTA SET OUT BY THE SUPERVISOR. PROBLEM SOLVING.**

**Formal qualifications required;**

**DRIVING LICENCE AND SOME BASIC BACK GROUND IN CONSTRUCTION IS MINIMUM.**

**Skills required;**

**BASIC I.T AS TABLET IS USED TO CAPTURE PRODUCTIVITY ON A DAILY BASIS.**

***

**Experience required;**

**BASIC CONSTRUCTION SKILLS.**

***

**Knowledge;**

**SOME IDEA OF THE INDUSTRY WE WORK IN.**

**Personal qualities;**

**GOOD PEOPLE SKILLS, COMMUNICATION, WILLING TO LEARN, GOOD TIME KEEPING.**
