My client provide a first class service to motor trade clients currently administering warranty programmes for some of the most respected names in the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with internal departments to resolve customer/ client queries
- Delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive high standards of customer care
- Respond to digital communications via web
- Be patient and empathic and communicate effectively
**Skills**:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience of working in a call centre environment preferred but not essential
- Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient with a helpful can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
