Trainee SPA and Pool Tiler

Cheshire Spas & Pools, a leading spa and pool manufacturing business, is seeking a Trainee Tiler to join our team. We are a family-run business with a long-standing reputation for excellence and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

As a Trainee Tiler, you will be responsible for completing daily tasks allocated by the supervisor within given resources. You will receive all necessary training, although prior experience in tiling would be advantageous. You will work closely with the team to ensure all products manufactured meet the company's quality policy.

This is a factory based role tiling spas and pools within the manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities:

- Complete daily tasks allocated by supervisor within given resources
- Undertake tiling work under supervision
- Contribute towards improving workshop and factory performance indicators
- Assist in daily department clean down

Qualifications & Experience:

- No prior experience necessary, although practical aptitude would be advantageous

Personal specification:

- You will have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
