Our Drilling services Team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Responsible for delivering i-Trak Drilling Optimization and technical support for operations in Europe, 24/7.

As an iTrak Drilling Optimisation and Technical Support, you will be responsible for
- Delivering i-Trak Drilling Optimization and technical support for operations in Europe.
- Working 12 hour shifts, 14 days on 14 days off.
- Working on multiple operations, monitoring drilling and tripping parameters using i-Trak to improve operational speed and reduce risk.
- Handling standardized project processes.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have accredited BSc or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Services). Experience in Technical Support.
- Have experience working with Drilling / Monitoring data
- Be willing to work shifts
