CCDO Demolition Supervisor Gold Card

S J Walchester Ltd are looking to recruit a CCDO Demolition Supervisor to join the business due to an increasing workload across the Midlands.

Applicants must;
- Hold a current valid CCDO Supervisor Gold Card as a minimum
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience working as a demolition supervisor delivering projects to programme, within budget & without incident in both a main contractor & subcontractor role
- Be fully conversant with the completion & maintaining of site health, safety, environmental & quality documentation
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Have good communication & interpersonal skills both within the company & with customers
- Be confident, positive individuals with effective people management skills & able to work in teams
- Be open to learning opportunities
- Be physically able to perform manual demolition tasks
- 1st Aid & temporary works supervisor qualifications desirable_

A competitive hourly rate / salary available dependent on experience along with company vehicle, phone & laptop / tablet & company benefits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00-£22.00 per hour
