**Job description**

You will be representative of the company and it is your responsibility to ensure you deliver a first-class customer service experience to all our clients.
- Communicate with your line manager to report any changes on site that may affect visit frequency and volumes
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to all customers at all times.
- Be smart and presentable at all times
- Be helpful and flexible in all duties.
- Rotate stock in machines and in van to maximize life span and achieve maximum sales potential
- Report all machine faults within 5 minutes of them becoming apparent
- Work closely with Service Desk and Technicians in problem solving machine / operations issues to give customers an exceptional vending service
- Keep company vehicle clean and tidy at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- vending: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
