You will contribute to the programme management business plan, work on key client accounts, drive innovation in our service delivery, and foster a collaborative working environment with the wider group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Project Director, Programme Managers & teams with admin tasks to support them with delivery of their projects and programmes e.g., Meetings & Survey co-ordination as well as ad hoc support.
- Attending working group calls, taking minutes and completing action trackers.
- Answering the telephone, follow up with any requirements and make outgoing calls as required.
- Creating mail-merge and ensure letters are issued to residential occupants in good time.
- Programme and plan workload for a team of Building Surveyors based across Wales and the Southwest.
- Track progress against the programme plan.
- Escalate issues where required to ensure adequate resolution.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of programme management and the construction industry.
- Previous experience is desirable, however, training will be provided.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Ability to work in a busy, professional office environment providing administrative support.
- Self-sufficient/ability to work independent from instruction with a proactive approach.
- Accurate record keeper, systems and process driven.
- Ability to support with the planning, implementing and executing programmes of works.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and other role related software packages, in particular Excel and Word.
- Ability to take accurate meeting minutes.
- Vibrant and keen team player.
