Intragroup Specialist

**About the team**:
We are recruiting for an **IntraGroup Specialist** to join our Vendor Management and IntraGroup function, the team supports OSB Group by ensuring we mitigate and manage risks with our third parties. Your previous experience in running end tocontracts will ensure that you are a pivotal member of the team ensuring compliance to the IntraGroup Outsourcing framework in line with the expectations set within the EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements, PRA rules on Outsourcing and third party riskmanagement.

This role has the flexibility to work in either of our Wolverhampton or Chatham offices.

**What you will be doing**:
As an **IntraGroup Specialist**, you will have an eye for detail and manage the IntraGroup framework for new and existing arrangements across the Group ensuring effective oversight and governance is in place through approved risk assessments,profiling and ongoing oversight.

Your responsibilities will include
- Identifying and assessing service criticality across the group, taking the lead on capturing service definition documents for IntraGroup arrangements and liaising with business owners to create and maintain exit plans
- Producing regular status reports against the approved IntraGroup tolerance levels to the relevant Committees and Board
- Maintenance of source data relating to IntraGroup Arrangements within the Database and Service Catalogue (in line with PRA / FCA / Ops Resilience / OCIR guidelines)
- Complete risk assessment, risk profiles and exit plans for new arrangements and on-going due diligence across the IntraGroup Arrangements
- Pro-actively work with a wide range of stakeholders across the Group to report on findings and areas of opportunity identified through risk management assessments
- Agreeing and tracking corrective action plans where IntraGroup Arrangements are outside of the Groups approved Risk Tolerances

**In return for your commitment**:
We offer a base salary dependent on location and experience between £36,000 - £49,000 and a competitive benefits package

- Strong demonstrable experience working in a Vendor or Intragroup Specialist role
- A good knowledge of an IntraGroup framework model
- Excellent knowledge of Operational Risk
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in running full end to end contracts
- Experience working in the financial services industry
