We are looking for a training administrator to work out of one of our regional office in Manchester. Working in the training department you will be carrying out a support role on a full time permanent basis.

Duties in the role include:

- Updating the SHE training system including scanning and uploading training certificates
- Assist with booking internal training courses requested by depots
- Issuing certifications and training confirmations to the relevant Depot Managers
- Liaise with training providers when necessary
- Provide statistics and information on a regular basis on current and forthcoming issues relating to training
- Providing accurate costs for all training courses booked, including raising purchase orders and ensuring all invoices are sent to the relevant department.
- Treat internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring clear lines of communication.
- General administration to support HSEQ team, such as stationary, raising orders
- You will need good communication skills and a good telephone manner for this role. Previous experience in Training is not essential as full department training will be given.

**Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required**:

- Experience working within customer service environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to work on your own and as part of a wider team Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills Good time keeping skills
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Self-motivated to target driven work
- Good computer skills and working on various software packages
- Good communication skills both internal and external lines of communication

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
